Simplify SetupDiEnumDeviceInfo() synopsis
The SetupDiEnumDeviceInfo() now returns a SP_DEVINFO_DATA rather than taking it on input to fill it on return. Signed-off-by: Simon Rozman <simon@rozman.si>
